Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 business days across the UAE, and express delivery the next business day. GCC orders take 3–6 business days.
We currently ship across the UAE and the GCC. For orders elsewhere, reach us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a quote.
Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also follow its status any time under My Account → My Orders.

Our eau de parfum concentration is composed for lasting presence — typically 8–12 hours on skin, longer on fabric.
Every Arkan fragrance is composed in small batches with selected ingredients and sealed with a batch code. Authenticity is guaranteed.
Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally in its box at room temperature, to preserve the composition.
Returns & Payment
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby instalments, and cash on delivery within the UAE.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
